2. Can I customize products with my logo?

Yes! We offer various customization methods such as screen printing, full-color printing, laser engraving, and heat transfer. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production.

3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies depending on the product, typically ranging from 50–500 pieces. For special requests, lower MOQ may be considered on certain items.

4. What is the ordering process?

1. Contact us and specify the product(s) you are interested in.

2. Receive a quotation and confirm product details (color, material, logo method, etc.).

3. Review and approve the digital mockup.

4.Pay sample fee if required.

5.Bulk production begins.

6.Shipment with tracking information provided.

5. Do you provide samples? Is there a cost?

Yes, samples are available. Some products can be provided for free, while others may require a sample fee and shipping cost. Sample fees can be deducted from bulk orders.

6. How long is the production lead time?

Typically 7–25 days, depending on product type and order quantity. Expedited production is also available upon request.

7. Can you provide custom packaging or gift boxes?

Yes. We offer various packaging options, including gift boxes, paper boxes, blister packs, and eco-friendly bags, all customizable according to your needs.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Wire Transfer or ACH payment, PayPal, and credit card.

9. What shipping methods are available? How is shipping cost calculated?

We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, air freight, or sea freight. Shipping cost is based on weight, volume, and destination. Accurate costs will be provided in the quotation.

10. Can you provide MSDS, CE, RoHS, or other certification documents?

Yes. Certifications can be provided for electronic, chemical, or specific material products for customs clearance or client requirements.

11. What should I do if the products have quality issues upon arrival?

Please contact us within 7 days with photos or videos of the issue. We will provide replacement, refund, or other solutions.

12. Do you offer custom design services?

Yes. Our professional design team can assist with product development, structural design, and packaging visuals to meet your branding needs.
